Cease Wyss  -  hey Terrelle, yeah, there are a number of brain foods and medicines.... antioxidant rich foods and medicines are where you are going to get brain food, so to speak. try roiboos, and any berry teas, and eat Omega-rich foods, as they are all rich in the antioxidants that your brain needs. Omega rich foods include, but are limited to: eggs, fish & fish oils, cranberries, blueberries, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, flaxseed, hempseed, and a long list of foods and medicines. if you drink roiboos tea, make sure you infuse the tea for a minimum of 5-qo minutes, covered, to get the full body and effects of the antioxidants. enjoy, and ask away of you have any questions about other foods. :)
