I've also read that you can do this with Garlic oil which has natural antiseptic and antibiotic properties which could help soothe your ear.
3. Blowdryer - Some have reported that using your blow dryer to gently warm the ear helps to soothe the pain as well. This would be highly effective especially if the earache is a result of Swimmer's Ear.
4. Mullein Oil -Mullein oil is a traditional Native American cure. What this does is reduces the swelling and inflammation which are causing the pain. You heat the oil to just above body temperature and then apply one or two drops into the affected ear.
