What is the best way to decrease unrelated thoughts and to increase your concentration?
There are many articles about concentration, and some of them can point you in the right direction. However, most of them are missing one key element, How to create magnetism.

First let me tell you a short story. When I was in high school, I lacked attention in class. I probably thought that I was to cool for school. I wasn't really paying attention to the teachers, and my mind was everywhere.

Years later, I got a job at one of the top leading phone companies in the country. One day, my boss called me to his office for a promotion. However, one of the job requirements was that I completed the six sigma green belt course.

I don't know if you heard about this course, but it is kind of a tough nut to crack. As I tried to study for the course alone in my bedroom, my concentration got lost. I understood the context but I didn't understand the content. My thoughts were wandering off.

I realized that every time my mind thought about something that took much energy, i started to take the easy way out, and thought about, something less energy consuming.
I later found out, that when the brain uses too much energy, and it cannot channel that energy.

It then automatically switches, or takes a different turn. To release all that energy the brain creates a thought that is more energy releasing, whether it is a positive or negative thought.

(Hey wait a minute! Nobody told me that in high school)

I came to learn that this is one of the most important aspects of concentration. Because, when you are channeling your energy (thought) in a way that the brain doesn't encounter any "road blocks" then the flow of thought continues to channel and turns into focus.

There are different ways to learn how to keep your focus. In this article, I'm only going to tell you one. I don't want to sound cheap. It's just that this technique is so powerful (when being applied in the correct way) that you can obtain so much mental power, that you will easily achieve all your goals.

This is how it works:

- First slice up some (fresh) ginger-root and put it into a thee glass.
- Put some hot water in and drink It like a cup of thee. This thee will help you channel your thought energy.
- Go to a secluded area and try to sit comfortable.
- Place both your hands in a pyramid form in front of your chest. Finger tips against finger tips.

- Leave some space between the palms of both hands and close your eyes.
- Breathe in very slowly and then exhale (every breath should take about 11 to 15 seconds).
- First this will seem hard but after a view seconds, you will get the correct pace.
- When you exhale, try to visualize that you are exhaling into the center of the pyramid.

Now pay attention because this is the most important part:

When you are exhaling into the pyramid, blow slowly until you can't exhale any more. Push a bit further until your body starts to tingle. Try to hold that tingling feeling and then inhale.

At this point, the million cells in your body are vibrating in harmony, just like guitar strings.
In the center of every cell, there is a core of pure energy, when millions of energy cores start to vibrate, they create pulses of magnetism.

This magnetism is your subconscious mental fuel. If you follow this step correctly, and you practice every day for about 5 to 10 minutes. You will see to result in whiting a few weeks.

Remember to do this exercise whenever you need to study, or have to be concentrated for the task at hand.
