Check out your local grocery store produce and seafood areas, and you will notice small, yellow and green citrus fruits. Yet, they are very high in Vitamin C, and contain a good source of fiber, magnesium, calcium, Vitamins A, B6, C, E, K, potassium, and niacin. They have an acidic and sour taste, but when ingested, they are alkaline forming in the stomach. Just make sure to not eat its seeds.

Simply squeeze a whole lemon and lime into a half liter of water, add a little honey, and drink. For constipation, add a little cinnamon.

Both lemons and limes are high in citric acid, which in turn is an excellent source for burning fat and detoxifying the body.They can even help with burping and bloating.
