Pomegranate and Blackcurrant Salad Recipe


  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup blackcurrants
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, mix the salad greens, pomegranate seeds, blackcurrants, and walnuts.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and olive oil until well combined.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Add the crumbled feta cheese on top of the salad.
